Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to verify whether a web-based learning system was appropriate as a learning method to improve the practical nursing skills of nurses involved in caring for children with cardiovascular disease. A website was created that incorporated mini-contents, a Q&A corner, and information about training sessions, and online training sessions were held. We changed the recruitment and distribution methods for each online training session, and we evaluated the effectiveness and appropriateness of the learning materials through the number of participants and web questionnaires before and after viewing. Self-evaluation after taking the course was significantly higher than before. Based on the increase in the number of website views and logged-in members, the number of training session participants, and participant surveys, we consider this learning system to be appropriate.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
小児循環器看護に特化した学習体制がないことは大きな問題であることから、当研究グループでは基礎的研究を行い、特徴的な教育内容と教育の実態、ニーズを検討してきた。基礎的研究の対象者は全国のアプローチ可能な看護師に限られており、それ以外の看護師の学習ニーズはこれまで未解明であった。本研究で構築した学習システムが、看護の特殊性やニーズを踏まえており、全国の循環器疾患の子どもの看護にかかわる看護師の実践力を高める学習方法として適切であると検証されたことは、小児循環器看護の教育の体系化に資すると考える。
