Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
i)We demonstrate the facile, rational synthesis of monodispersedly sized ZnO nanowires from randomly sized seeds by hydrothermal growth. By precisely controlling the sharp tip formation and the nucleation, our method substantially narrows the distribution of ZnO nanowire diameters from σ = 13.5 nm down to σ = 1.3 nm and controls their diameter , even initiating from randomly sized seeds. ii)We artificially synthesis of molecular recognition nanowire surface via ALD technique The ZnO/TiO2 nanowires fabricated with nonanal template exhibited much higher molecule collection ability compared with the ones without template. Furthermore, we found that the ZnO/TiO2 nanowires with template nonanal shows selectively to target nonanal among mixed linear aldehyde molecules。
