| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In FY 2021, we mainly focused on improving our paper for the journal submission. We polished our writing, conducted comprehensive robustness tests, and provided concrete policy suggestions while acknowledging some empirical challenges and limitations at the same time.
Due to Covid-19, we circulated our paper to peer groups and received quality comments and feedback rather than attending conferences. We expect that the findings in the report will be published in a peer-review journal soon.
