| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2020年度においては、International Federation of Robotics、World Telecommunication/ICT indicators database、Groningen Growth and Development Centreなどから最新データを収集及び整理し、パネルデータのデータセットを作成した。これを用いて、失業率、製造業部門の雇用割合、生産性、賃金上昇率に対するロボット導入の効果を分析した。また、最新研究のサーベイを行った。最終的に、これらの結果をワーキングペーパーの形でまとめた。“Improving effects of industrial robot adoption on employment, TFP, and real wage in 52 world economies and OECD members," mimeo. その他、２編の学術論文を執筆した。1."Per capita carbon emissions convergence in developing Asia: A century of evidence from covariate unit root test with endogenous structural breaks,” Energy Economics, Forthcoming, 2021. 2.“Are the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis on financial and commodity markets analogous to the past crisis? 本年度は学会報告を実施していないが、十分な研究成果が得られたと考える。

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
研究計画におおむね沿う形で研究が進行していると考える。当初予定していたパネル推計を含めた分析において、特に様々な変数を試行的に導入して計算を行ったため、多少の時間的遅れはあったものの、有意な計算結果を得ることができ、当初計画通りに実施できた。

2021年度も基本的に引き続き研究計画書に従い研究を進めていく予定であるが、コロナウィルス感染症の影響のため、参加を予定していた学会が中止になるなどの状況が依然発生している。そのため、必要に応じて計画を変更しつつ進めていく予定である。

コロナ禍において、学会参加費として計上した経費が未使用となったため生じた。次年度において、学会参加の経費として用いる予定である。
