Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, the framework of quality management was examined from three viewpoints. First, the causal relationship model was built as a hypothetical model: six TQM elements →(governance, innovative capability, marketing capability) → results, where the comparative analysis between Thai and Japanese companies were conducted. Focusing on the fact that improving the satisfaction with working remotely has become an important issue for management under the recent COVID-19 pandemic, factors affecting the satisfaction such as the anxiety, significance of working remotely, and the collaboration with external partners were discussed. Thirdly, the relationship between technology acceptance, software/system quality, IoT technology adoption intention, quality and management performance, and the cooperation with external partners was examined. Furthermore, the comparative study between the employee in Japan and that in China was conducted.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
