Outline of Final Research Achievements	Effective leadership in social ventures hinges on specialized programs that foster social entrepreneurship and accumulate social capital. These initiatives prepare leaders to prioritize both social impact and financial sustainability. Drawing from successful for-profit models, these programs adapt strategies to suit the unique challenges of social ventures. Moreover, creating discussion platforms for aspiring leaders enhances their ability to reflect, learn, and exchange best practices, thereby strengthening their leadership and driving meaningful societal change.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements	従来の研究では、チームや組織の成果に対する感情的知性（EQ）の重要性について、リーダーのEQとソーシャルキャピタル、社会企業家精神、学歴（IQの代理変数）との関連性を示す事例は限られている。そのため、本研究は新規性が高く、学術的に重要であると言える。また、国内外の政府がソーシャルベンチャーを重要な「新しい公共」の提供者と認識している背景から、本研究はソーシャルベンチャーのリーダー特性を明らかにし、次代のリーダー育成に役立つ方法を提案することで、社会的意義が大きい。
