Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have published papers that examining ethical decision-making behaviors in the service industry. Based on behavioral ethics research, we established a dual process model for examining ethical decision-making behaviors of service workers. Our results indicate that work-life enrichment has direct and indirect influence on employees’ moral attentiveness and moral self-efficacy. Additionally, we show that customer-directed deviant behavior positively influences employees’ incivility, and this relationship is moderated by customer knowledge.
