Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We introduced a rest room and a rest spot to the staff station of the ward and verified its effectiveness. Nurses who had been working for less than 3 years increased from 0.05 to 0.50. As for communication before the rest spot, "1 second to 10 seconds"conversations increased by 40.0%. A concentration booth was introduced at the ward nurses' staff station to verify its effectiveness. The percentage of respondents who answered that "concentrating on work" was more suitable for concentration than before the introduction of the booths increased by 38%. "Relax" increased by 18% on the side that is more suitable for relaxation.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
