Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this research project,I conduct ① a literature review of qualitative research in management accountng which aims at risk management practice, ②bibliographic analysis for management control literature in management accounting.③the empirical study about determinants of performance management system design, ④questionnaire survey and interview to capture the situation of companies under COVID-19, and ⑤ empirical analysis of the impact of risk management on incentive systems.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究は、これまで十分整理されているとはいえなかった管理会計におけるリスクマネジメント研究のレビューやマネジメント・コントロール研究を網羅的に文献分析を実施することにより、どのように議論が展開されてきたかについて明らかにできたことには学術的意義がある。また社会的意義として、財務指標や非財務指標を整備する具体的に要因を提示したこと、新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）における企業が行ったリスク対応の実態を明らかにしたことで、わが国企業に対する指針を示したことが挙げられる。
