Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study revealed an association between subjective stress level and cognitive functions, such as focused attention, balance of feelings, and metacognition of emotion in students. A food and health education program could not be implemented because of COVID-19 pandemic, but stress management interventions were implemented. Subjective stress level of elementary school students was significantly reduced after the interventions. However, stress reduction did not lead to promoting their well-being. These suggests that some concrete measures are needed to improve well-being, as well as to cope with stress for students.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
