Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to analyze for elementary school teachers to expertise teaching ability four of “creation units”,” class planning skills“,” class evaluation”,” composing learning units” by cooperative reflection. As a result,it was to analyze for young elementary school teachers throughout the year and improvement was seen about “subject contents”,” correspondence to a student”, ”class planning skills“. Particularly, remarkable improvement was seen about preparations for teaching materials in“subject contents”and prospect in ”class planning skills“.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
これまであまり着目されてこなかった小学校学年部授業研究を対象に、実際の授業実践を対象に中・長期的な展望のもとアクションリサーチに取り組みデータ収集して分析を行ったこと。 また単元開発過程においては、新学習指導要領の趣旨の実現を目指した資質能力の育成の視点を目指したアクティブラーニングの展開とそれを評価するためのパフォーマンス課題設定とパフォーマンス評価を位置付けて単元開発を行っていることから今日的課題に対応して意義がある。
