The researchers have completed the following: 1. Developed face-to-face and virtual workshops. 2. Conducted online interviews. 3. Ongoing literature review of professional learning networks. 4. Created a 2nd survey on the PLN usage. 5. Revised the PLN guidebook. 6. Wrote a book chapter.

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
The COVID pandemic has created a few ongoing challenges for the research team. The face-to-face training sessions and online workshops had to be rescheduled to July and August due to the research participants' busy schedules.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
During the next stage of the project, online and face-to-face workshops will be conducted. The teachers' online interactions will be monitored and materials will be regularly be uploaded to the PLN website. The second online questionnaire will be distributed towards the end of the year. Semi-structured interviews will also be conducted once the online questionnaire is completed.

Causes of Carryover |
As noted previously, the COVID pandemic has created a few ongoing challenges for the researchers. The items we planned on purchasing last year will be purchased this year.
