Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
The researchers completed the following: (1) completed three PLN workshops (face-to-face & virtual); (2) conducted online & face-to-face interviews; (3) ongoing literature review of PLNs; (4) revised & administered the 2 nd questionnaire; (5) assembled data & conducted a thematic analysis; (6) wrote an academic paper; (7) wrote a magazine article; and (8) presently working on a new academic paper.

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
The COVID pandemic has created a few challenges which has altered our research plan. The online and face-to-face workshops were rescheduled due to the participants’ busy schedules. The analysis of the online interactions will take place later in the year.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
Two more workshops will take place and the data will be analyzed. The online interactions from the PLN will be examined. The data from both questionnaires will be analyzed. Individual and focus group interviews will take place later in the year.

Causes of Carryover |
The ongoing COVID pandemic has altered our initial data collection plan.
