Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
Approval from field university was significantly delayed. Preliminary approval gained in November 2019, final, February 2020. While this delay did not affect the completion of other administrative, planning and publishing tasks, it did significantly limit data collecting (from the key field site) opportunities.
|
Strategy for Future Research Activity |
1. Training of research assistants for interviewing support. 2. Recruitment and scheduling of participants. 3. Commence planning for major event (international roundtable/research forum) to be held in 2021. 4. Complete data collection (second semester if corona bans are lifted). 5. Attend local conference. 6. Attend international conference. 7. Publish two journal articles. 8. Draft report
|
Causes of Carryover |
Due to a long delay in receiving ethics approval, the planned data collection activities were also delayed. The personnel expenses for this will be used next fiscal year
