Outline of Final Research Achievements

We developed two teaching methods for building psychologically safe spaces.The first is the improvement of emotional intelligence, career decision-making self-efficacy and stress coping skills through lesson design using Social and Emotional Learning.The second was to improve stress coping skills through feedback experiences to support anxiety.
In the Safety Study Group studying A. Giddens, we also developed a psychological scale to measure ontological security and conducted a pre-survey.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

教育システム情報学会全国大会において、企画セッション「エージェンシー育成のための社会情動的スキルに関する研究」及びプレカンファレンス「エージェンシー育成のための社会情動的スキルワークショップ」をオーガナイズし、心理的に安全な場を構築するための教授方法や社会情動的スキルの意義について対話する場を構築した。また、教育システム情報学会や日本教育工学会において、開発した存在論的安心に関する心理尺度を報告する。
