Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among members and their characteristics that underlie effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. Through a series of surveys conducted on teachers in school organizations, it was found that organizational factors such as collaborative climate promote teamwork and autonomous learning in teachers. In addition, teachers' perceptions of the "ideal" and "reality" of multidisciplinary collaborative relationships in schools were visualized as a network diagram. The analysis results showed that there is a gap between the "ideal" and the "reality" of multidisciplinary collaboration in school organizations, and that there is a tendency to prefer collaboration centered on the teacher organization in dealing with problems, suggesting issues in building a collaborative system to realize the "school as a team.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
