Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study collected data from approximately 200 intervention practitioners and approximately 400 longitudinal survey participants during the research period. The intervention study implemented a program of cognitive-behavioral intervention techniques.
The results showed effects such as reducing depressive symptoms and stress responses, and improving resilience.
In the longitudinal survey, we collected data from elementary school students (2nd-5th grade, 3rd-6th grade) at 6 points in 2 years. The results suggested that negative and positive automatic thoughts had a strong effect on children's depressive symptoms. The study data were published in the international journal “Journal of Cognitive therapy and Research”.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
