Outline of Final Research Achievements

The research project aimed at developing an emotion-focused method of facilitating corrective emotional experience. The process and outcome of emotion-focused therapy and accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy were examined in relation to the occurrence of corrective emotional experience. Both therapies achieved a large effect size at termination. Corrective emotional experience played a central role in the change process.

修正感情体験について実証的な視点から検討した。また、修正感情体験の促進を中心に据えた心理療法の効果を示すことが出来た。クライエントの主観的体験という視点から修正感情体験のプロセスについて理解した。
