Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ダブルラッセル編み(2目編みおよびダブルバーコード編み)にて作製した8mm径の絹人工血管基盤を絹ーグリセリンの混合系に浸漬後、グリセリンを除くことによって、最終的に、絹スポンジコーティングを行ったイヌ移植用の絹人工血管を作製した。その際、移植後の絹人工血管にイヌ体内で高い外圧がかかることを考え、厚手の絹スポンジコーティングを行った。その結果、移植後の絹人工血管の変形も少なく、良好な移植結果を得ることができた。一方、ダブルラッセル編みの絹人工血管基盤に、コーティングの際、絹に生分解性のポリウレタンを加えてコーティングすることによって物性を改良した絹人工血管ならびに、コーティング材料として絹のかわりに生体中の血管の弾力性付与の源であるエラスチンを用いた絹人工血管を作製し、ラットへの移植実験を行った。いずれも移植後に良好な結果を得、より多様性に富む絹人工血管を開発するができた。
