Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
I investigated by XRD the formation of MASnI3 film made by reacting Sn metal film with MAI vapor without the use of any additives. I find that the deprotonation of MAI and oxidation of Sn at high temperature (150C) are the essentials reactions paths. I am preparing for publication.

Reason
Limited time to perform experimental studies, because of the regulation in our institute to prevent the spread of corona virus.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
1) I will complete the study on the characterisation of MASnI3 and write the manuscript to be submitted for publication. 2) I am planning to attend conferences to report our recent results.

Causes of Carryover |
The conferences and business trips in FY2020 and FY2021 were cancelled. In FY2022, the incurring amount will be used for attending conferences, registration fees and business trips.
