Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
This year, I further investigated by XRD the formation of MASnI3 film made by reacting Sn metal film with MAI vapor at 130 and 150C. I observed that the reactions paths lead to different products and investigated the possible reactions mechanisms. The results were reported at the conference.

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
Progress is in accordance with our research plan, although delayed due to the working conditions and rules to prevent the Covid-19.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
1) This year, I will further study the reaction mechanisms of MASnI3 and FAPbI3. 2) This year, I am planning to attend conferences to report our recent results.

Causes of Carryover |
The conferences and business trips in FY2020, FY2021, and FY2022 were cancelled. In FY2023, the incurring amount will be used to attend conferences, to pay the registration fees and business trips fees.
