Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Perovskite solar cell can overcome the energy issues of our society. Here, I investigated the formation of MASnI3 perovskite film synthesized by reacting Sn metal thin film (deposited on glass substrate by vacuum process, substrate temperature was 95℃) with MAI vapor (source temperature was 145℃, pressure was 0.1MPa) in 2-zone furnace without using organic solvents and additives. From the analysis of the XDR and TGA data, we suggested a direct conversion mechanism involving the thermal decomposition of MAI and release of gazes as follows: Sn+3CH3NH3I→CH3NH3SnI3+(2CH3NH2+H2). I reported the results at international conferences.
