Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We performed basic experiments to develop a treatment combining IVR and nanoparticles to synergistically amplify anticancer activity while reducing side effects and showed that fibrin glue could be used as a carrier to directly and efficiently deliver nanoparticles to target tissues using IVR techniques. We also showed that cooling the fibrin glue controlled the rate of gelation and provided a delayed reaction effect suitable for clinical use.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
