Samples were sequenced and subjected to primary and secondary data analysis. Differential analysis between patient groups was performed. Remaining funds were transferred to co-PI to enable follow-up analysis. PI (Erik Arner) has left RIKEN and academia so the project has been entirely transferred to Co-PI.
