Outline of Final Research Achievements

2019:A-1) Clarify unconscious tips. B-1) Quantification of the difference in technique between teachers and students in tooth profile carving training. C-1) Report the result of flipped classroom using e-Learning. D-1) Report on the results of the survey and analysis of 100 students.2020:A-2) With the cooperation of the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Department of Occupational Therapy, we visualized the difference between experts and beginners in a total of 6 items such as range of motion measurement and muscle strength measurement.New MP program (M-MP) expansion. The addition of a "5-second afterimage expression" function that is easy for students to understand contributes to progress.2021:C) We are preparing to publish a dissertation by clarifying where the unconscious tips that faculty members do not notice are.D) We will continue to research AI development through deep learning and reinforcement learning.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

医学教育の場面での技能伝承がどのようになされるか明確ではなかった。医学教育の実技実習でeラーニング・個別学習(反転授業)が成果A)をあげ、これが新しい技能教育の始まりとなった。本研究はこれを向上させ、技能教育における無意識いわゆるコツの具体化を目標とする。研究の成果:A-1)無意識のコツを明確に。B-1)彫刻実習での手技差定量化。C-1)技能教育実施成果を報告。 D-1)100名調査分析の成果を報告。A-2)保健医療学部協力により技能教育における熟達者と初学者の違いをMPプログラムで可視化。姿勢情報などを容易に表現する新型MPプログラムを作成。今後は3年間知見を発表する準備を進めている。
