Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study, we aimed to explore the effectiveness of a web-based partnership support program in preventing quality of life deterioration and reducing emotional distress in men undergoing infertility treatment. The web-based partnership support program appeared to be effective in preventing the deterioration of the quality of life of only men undergoing non-assisted reproductive technology treatment.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

不妊治療中は女性だけではなく、男性もQOLが低下し、ストレスが高くなる。このプログラムは、自宅で短期間で好きな時間に簡単に参加でき、QOLの低下を防ぐことができるため有用である。この支援プログラムは、一般不妊治療中の男性のQOLの低下を防ぐために役立つと示唆された。
