Outline of Final Research Achievements

In Osaka Prefecture "Kawachinagano/Tondabayashi area", "Kitakawachi area", "Sakai area", "Habikino area",going beyond the framework of the existing administrative system, “Team for adolescents” was launched, bringing together specialists in education, out-of-school medical care, health, welfare, and local NPOs within the scope of children’s daily lives.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

専門家はそれぞれの教育課程を経て資格を取得し、学校や病院、行政などで思春期の子どもとその親に対して支援を行っている。また同じ業種が集う学会や研修会でスキルアップを図っている。しかし他職種の役割や子ども・親へのアプローチ方法の違いは十分知り得ず、子どもの生活範囲にいる他職種の存在やリソースは共有しきれていない。地域内で顔が見える信頼関係に基づいた専門家の横つながりを強化することで、思春期の子どもやその家族、特に支援を必要とする対象にスピーディで円滑な支援が可能となる。
