Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to establish a method for modeling the 3D shape of plants. 3D shape measurement was performed using an active 3D sensor that can obtain the 3D shape of the target with high accuracy and without contact, and 3D modeling with a portable camera was also investigated.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
植物のような,繰り返しパターンが多く形状も細かく変化するような対象において,類似した3次元的な形状や2次元画像特徴がある場合にも高精度にセンサの位置姿勢が推定できる手法を実現するために,本研究では,パラメタ空間での整合性に着目し,複数の仮説からカメラの位置姿勢を推定して投票に基づき頑健に推定する手法を開発した.
