Outline of Annual Research Achievements

一般に半導体製品の生産工程は実時間スケジューリング問題であり,特に各種素子は所定の処理時間内の要求仕様の必然性から,制約時間内で処理できない時は不良品となり生産効率に影響を及ぼす。本研究の目的は先端的進化計算と機械学習を活用した高速なスケジューリング算法を開発し,生産・物流システムの最適化問題等に応用することである。
1.ハイブリッド型多目的進化計算ベースのアルゴリズム開発研究:ハイブリッド協調進化算法(CoEA+PSO)を開発し,共有リソースのスケジューリング問題解法に応用し,更に差分進化(DE)を組み込んだ手法の有効性を明らかにし,国際誌に掲載した(雑誌論文-[1,3,4])。
2.フレキシブルジョブショップスケジューリング問題(FJSP)への応用研究: NP困難な問題の多目的FJSPモデルにハイブリッド進化算法(EDA+TLBO)の二段階法を組み合せた新しい手法の開発と各種FJSP数値例での有効性を,またパレート最適解の多方向探索の高収束法(FCMD)を組み込んだ多目的進化算法による多種VRP-TW問題の有効性を明らかにし国際誌に掲載・報告した(雑誌論文-[2,9])。
3.サステイナブルな閉ループサプライチェインモデル:再使用・再生産・リサイクルを統合した持続可能なロジスティクスの事例研究に,ハイブリッド型HGAとPSOを組み併せた先端的進化算法を, 更に活会わせた用した研究論文を国際誌に掲載した(雑誌論文-[6,7])。
4.設計最適化問題と複数モード資源配分の最適化問題: グローバル型GAにPSOとTLBOを組み合せたハイブリッド型進化計算法 GA-PSO-TLBOを開発し,複数の設計問題に応用し,更に農地資源の効率的配分問題に関して可変近傍探索法を活用した進化算法を開発し,実践的応用例で有効性を明らかにし,それぞれ国際誌に掲載した(学会発表-[5,8])。
