Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we developed a web system for a collaborative programming education environment. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we shifted our focus to the development of a system that supports collaborative programming education in a fully remote environment. Our primary achievements include the development of a fully online programming education environment that supports collaborative learning, the development of a cloud web collaborative programming environment, and the implementation of information systems design education through Knowledge Building in an online environment. These research results also led to further research activities, such as the implementation of learning information systems through gaming and the analysis of the knowledge-building processes.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の成果は,ネットワークを活用したオンラインでの協調学習およびプログラミング教育の分野に貢献するものである.コロナ禍で自然実験が可能になり,教育実践を行いつつシステム開発を並行して進めたことで,最新のオンライン教育支援環境の開発・実証研究を実施できた.得られた知見は,コロナ禍以降も必要となるネットワークを活用した協調学習およびプログラミング学習支援技術の基礎データを提供するとともに,学習データ分析研究にも寄与するものである.本研究は,学習科学分野の研究者や教育者に利用可能なツールを提供することで,世界の学習環境改善への波及効果も期待できるものである.
