Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Based on the recorded data of multi-person conversations between Japanese students and foreign students using Japanese as a common language and post-interviews, we found that teasing and resistance (confrontation) triggered the change in the relationship between one foreign student and another member. Further, we analyzed individual and group learning during the transition of classroom formats on the basis of pre - and post-interviews of multicultural collaborative activities during the COVID-19 pandemic, showing that the collaborative spaces have become places for growth where people can interact densely, complementing each other's difficulties.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
