| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
From April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023, I have completed these goals for my Grants-in-Aid project:
- I and my research collaborators from The Australian National University (Australia) and Dartmouth College (USA) proposed a Special Issue titled "Food Charity, Religion, and Care in Vietnam" to The Asia Pacific Journal:Japan Focus. The proposal was accepted by this journal's chief editor. My colleagues and I completed 5 articles for this Special Issue. Then we revised the papers following the suggestions of the peer reviewers and the chief editor. Our papers were accepted for publication. Our Special Issue will be published on the The Asia Pacific Journal: Japan Focus in June or July 2023.
- I published a chapter titled "ベトナムにおける高齢者の道(みち)としての仏教" in the edited volume "現代ベトナムを知るための63章【第3版】" (Akashi Shoten Publisher).
- I conducted field research in Vietnam in August and September, and in February and March.
