Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In 2019, I started to collect the data for this research. Before proceeding to the data collection, I contacted organisations of interest in Vietnam to ask for your agreement to participate in the study. I then contacted organisations that agreed to take part in the study to arrange the time to conduct my surveys in their settings. In July I and my research assistants collected the data and cleaned it.
From December 2019 to January 2020, I continued to collect the data as the second stage. Taken together, I obtained a sample of 214 firms in Vietnam. During these times, I also met up with some researchers in Vietnam to discuss research ideas as well as data analytical techniques to analyse the data for this study. From August to September 2019, I had a study trip at Aston University in the UK. I met up with some professors from Aston University and Nottingham Trent University to consult with them about how to analyse the data and use theoretical insights to examine my research model.
From February 2020, I have continued to finalise the data analyses, theoretical background and hypothesis developments. Based on the results of the study, I am developing a research paper and will submit it to a leading international journal.
