Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
The research continued in the data collection phase. The survey was administered and its data cleaned. I also collected documents related to the research scope. I presented research findings at the Comparative and International Education Society 2021 Annual Conference. My invited book chapter on the changing dynamics of international student mobility in the Asia Pacific region in an edited volume is currently in production at an international academic publisher.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
The survey was conducted. In addition, related documents to assist in the research project were identified.
|
Strategy for Future Research Activity |
I plan to analyze the survey data and collected documents. If the COVID-19 situation allows, I would like to conduct interviews to provide further insights and understandings to complement the survey findings. I also plan to present at international academic conferences and work on publications.
|
Causes of Carryover |
I was unable to travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I hope to use the unused funds in the next fiscal year for research dissemination and travel to international conferences if the situation allows.
