Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We conducted a combined cognitive remediation therapy and recovery support program for patients with mood disorders and autism spectrum disorder tendencies admitted to an acute psychiatric ward. Results showed improvements in social functioning (GAF; p< .01), subjective (IMRS; p<.05, RAS; p<.05) and objective personal recovery (IMRS; p<.01), and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression (POMS; p<.05, QIDS; p=.05). In addition, many of the subjects' outcomes were positive, such as continued outpatient treatment after discharge and return to work and home.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
