Outline of Annual Research Achievements

This study focused for development of Ferrocement retrofit method for masonry walls in reinforced concrete structures. The following are the achievements for this year:1) Experiment tests were conducted with other researchers in Bangladesh to understand failure mechanisms of Ferrocement.2) failure modes and evaluation method were proposed based on experimental tests as well as analysis model.3) Development of standard for the evaluation method with collaborating with international and Japanese researchers.
