Outline of Annual Research Achievements

新型コロナウイルスの影響により、当初の予定を変更し、建築家そのもののプロフィールを探ることから、建築・都市開発活動とそれが根ざす現地の地理的要因との関係を先に明らかにすることとした。現在はJournal of Asian Architecture and Building Engineeringへ投稿するための論文の執筆段階である。

Reason

新型コロナウイルスの影響により、2020年7月にモスクワで行われる予定だった International Planning History Societyが中止になり、ロシアでの史料調査も中止せざるを得ず、さらに中国での現地調査、史料調査、関係者へのヒアリング調査も中止になるなど、研究計画の見直しを迫られている。現在、中国及びロシア等にいる協力者を見つけ、代わりに史料の入手を試みている段階である。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

今後は、新型コロナウイルスが収束し、海外への史料収取が可能になり次第、中国及びロシアへ調査を行う。それまでしばらくの間、協力者と相談しながら史料の入手及び論文の執筆活動に専念する予定である。

Causes of Carryover

新型コロナウイルスの影響により、海外への史料調査、現地調査、及びロシアモスクワで開催されるはずであった国際学会が延期・中止になったため、新型コロナウイルスの収束を待って、海外への渡航を行うため。
