Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research project targets a problem multiple customers first submit some information, and then a company determines which service it provides to each customer under limited resources. In this problem, there is an incentive for a customer to declare incorrect information to make the adopted service better for itself. That is, the problem has aspects of game situations. This project proposes a framework of Scheduling Auction to design a rule of the game to maximize the social surplus of the service determined as a consequence of the game.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
