Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は、数百nm程度の実デバイスで使用する厚さの非晶薄膜について、その分子配向を動的核偏極NMRで測定するため、DNP条件の最適化を行った。種々のラジカル増感剤を異なる濃度でドープした非晶薄膜を作製し、DNPによる感度増感を調べた。その結果、ビラジカルを用いた試料について30倍程度と最も高い感度増感が得られた。さらに1H緩和時間測定を行ったところ、ビラジカルを用いた試料が、数秒程度の短い緩和時間を示すことが明らかになった。以上の結果から、ビラジカルを増感剤とした場合に、単位時間あたり最もS/Nの良いシグナルが得られることが分かった。
