| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Bleeding with Antithrombotic Therapy (BAT) 2研究では、経口抗血栓薬を投与されている心血管あるいは脳血管疾患患者を、全国52施設から2016年から2019年にかけて登録した。全例で事前に設定した条件のもとで頭部MRIが撮影され、全てのMRIデータが脳微小出血、ラクナ、白質高信号、血管周囲腔拡大について中央画像判定委員会によって評価された。本事業においては、BAT2研究の登録患者の2年間のフォローアップを継続し、2021年まででフォローアップを完了した。また、研究方法とベースラインデータの解析結果をThe bleeding with antithrombotic therapy study 2: Rationale, design, and baseline characteristics of the participants (Eur Stroke J 2020;5:423)として発表し、また、ベースラインの画像解析結果をIncreased Cerebral Small Vessel Disease Burden With Renal Dysfunction and Albuminuria in Patients Taking Antithrombotic Agents: The Bleeding With Antithrombotic Therapy 2 (J Am Heart Assoc 2022;11:e024749)として発表した。脳小血管病と抗血栓療法関連出血のリスクについて国際脳卒中学会2023で口演し、Paul Dudley White International Travel Awardを受賞した。その発表内容をAnnals of Neurology誌へ投稿し、現在査読中である。
