Outline of Final Research Achievements

A new endovascular treatment system for acute limb ischemia, the Fogarty balloon catheter and ballooned guiding catheter thrombus removal system with a large-bore sheath and hemostatic device was designed to provide a percutaneous approach to thrombus removal for massive clots. The development of this system has achieved certain results. Although we have achieved certain results with this development, we have not yet been able to apply it to actual clinical practice. We plan to continue our research and make preparations for its early use in clinical practice.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
