Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We demonstrated that mouse liver stem/progenitor cells knocking out the Setdb1 gene preferentially differentiate into cholangiocytes in multiple ways, demonstrating that the Setdb1 gene plays an important role in the differentiation of liver stem/progenitor cells.
