「しまね夢こむぎ」は、小麦依存性運動誘発アナフィラキシーの原因抗原であるω-5グリアジンを欠失した低アレルゲン化小麦系統である。特殊な小麦であるため、他の小麦とのコンタミネーションを避ける必要があり、製粉には通常の小麦と同じラインでの製粉が出来ない。研究に用いる小麦の確保を行うため、島根県内の独立した環境下で栽培を行う体制を整えた。

Reason
島根県西部地域での低アレルゲン化小麦栽培を行い、コンタミネーションの発生しない環境下で製粉を行うための準備を整えた。
登録日までに国立病院機構福岡病院、広島大学、神戸大学、島根大学より、16症例のエントリーを行い、プロトコールの実施を行った。

栽培に加えて、異物除去・精麦・製粉の体制を整える。

当初予定額より使用した金額が少なかったが、研究実施にあたり問題はなかった。
計画を見直し、余剰予算は最終年度までに生じる必要経費に再度計上する。
