Outline of Final Research Achievements

We examined the efficacy of combination therapy with anti-androgenic agent, radiotherapy and PARP inhibitor for bladder cancer cell line: 5637 with androgen receptor expression. 5637-AR cells revealed anti-androgenic agent and PARP inhibitor enhanced radiosensitivity. Combined administration of PARP inhibitor and anti-androgenic agent didn’t showed higher anti-tumor effect than single agent.
