Outline of Annual Research Achievements

コロナ禍の影響により計画していたバイオマーカーの測定が難しくなった。同時に、コロナ禍の影響を対象集団において調査する必要性が認識され、質問紙調査及び保存検体の測定の実施へと変更した。
そして、2021年度に、対象集団である愛知職域コホートの退職者約3,400名に生活習慣、身体・心理状況に関する質問紙調査を実施した。2022年度には、回収された質問紙の回答の入力作業を終え、データクリーニングを順次に進めている。また、保存検体の測定も測定対象検体の選定と抽出作業は終えた。

Reason

質問紙調査の配布と回収は概ね予定した通りであるが、データベース化がやや遅れている。
また、保存検体の測定も測定対象検体の選定と抽出作業は終えたが、実際の測定まで実施できなかった。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

質問紙回答のデータクリーニング作業が終わり次第、コロナ禍前の生活習慣等のデータと突合し、集計と統計解析を実施する予定である。同時に、コロナ禍前の血液保存検体も測定し、データベース化する予定である。

Causes of Carryover

コロナ禍の影響により計画していたバイオマーカーの測定が難しくなった。同時に、コロナ禍の影響を対象集団において調査する必要性が認識され、質問紙調査及び保存検体の測定の実施へと変更した。
2023年度には、検体測定に必要な試薬と物品を購入する予定である。
