Outline of Annual Research Achievements

In this project, I systematically assessed seasonal variation in mortality and the role of temperature under climate change by utilising sophisticated statistical models to analyse time series daily mortality data from multiple countries on a global scale. The results were summarised in three papers published in international journals. The methods were summarised and published as a tutorial paper in an international journal. Furthermore, I have extended the study to a future projection of seasonality under climate change scenarios, which will be submitted soon. I have presented the outputs of this project at several conferences, e.g.,the 2021 Conference of the International Society of Environmental Epidemiology, and the 26th Congress of the Asian Pacific Society of Respirology Symposium.
