Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
We have gained much understanding of novel technologies (e.g., mmWave), well-known effects (e.g., bufferbloat, capture effects). Moreover, we have deeply analyzed the emerging deployment scenarios of wireless networks (e.g., one client-one base station network). Besides, we have devised novel methods to guarantee the quality of service and deployment in wireless networks.

Reason
We consider that the project goes smoothly with sufficient achievements. Next, we plan to put more effort into disseminating the distributed ledger technology-related research results.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
We plan to realize the novel integration of edge, network, blockchain technologies as proposed. Moreover, we will bring the recent findings in edge computing and blockchain technologies to characterize the whole system performance by both theoretical analysis and real experiments.

Causes of Carryover |
We have another fund from the Leading Initiative for Excellent Young Researchers (LEADER), MEXT this year. So several types of equipment could be shared. We skip the planned purchase for FY2020.
