Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In this fiscal year, we continue to expand our work on two distributed ledger technologies (DLTs) named Ethereum and IOTA in the context of mobile wireless networks. Regarding Ethereum, we have have provided a new approach to quantifying block transmission and transaction transmission latency. We have given new definitions of latency along with the measurement method. We have also proposed a new estimation method for Ethereum's mining time. Regarding IOTA, we have evaluated and measured different networking parameters in IOTA-deployed wireless networks. We have also realized the QoS-guaranteed provision in mobile wireless networks using IOTA-based micropayment.
