Analyzed data collected during 2019 research trip to the United States and carried out corrections on submitted articles. Presented results of this research at the Society for Cinema and Media Studies annual conference (virtual).

4: Progress in research has been delayed.
Reason
Covid-19 and restrictions on travel to the United States prevented me from pursuing the archival research necessary for this project. I am currently using the incomplete data I collected previously.

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
I have revised my publication plan to accommodate the incomplete data. I am currently preparing a manuscript with a more limited scope so that I can make do without the rest of the data that I originally planning on including. I plan on submitting this manuscript for publication over the summer 2021.

| Causes of Carryover |
I hope to be able to go to the United States before April 2021 to conduct the archival research that was originally planned but was delayed due to Covid-related travel restrictions and to present at the next SCMS annual conference in March 2022.
