Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we examined the feasibility of forming an extended apartment complex community with a network of residents inside and outside the complex by having residents inside and outside the complex collaborate in the management of common space in public apartment complexes that are planned for intensification. (1) Based on the results of a questionnaire survey of all residents, we categorized the residents' participation in community activities and their willingness to participate, and clarified the characteristics of each type of resident and the conditions that facilitate their participation in community activities. (2) The results of the survey revealed the characteristics of residents and the conditions that facilitate their participation in community activities for each type of residents.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
